Highly recommend creatine - it is the most researched supplement out there and is now being labeled as 'more than a body building supplement'. It will help increase your strength during exercise, helps you add lean mass but also has evidence that it helps mental health & brain function.
You don't need to worry about the fancy one - just standard creatine monohydrate will do the job.
Whey protein powder is one of the fastest absorbing proteins powders - it is made from a byproduct of cheese. It is just a quick way to get your protein in. If you do not like standard whey because it is too thick could also look at Clear Whey.
This is now my preferred protein shake source for none other reason than the price. Made from Soy it is an efficient way to increase your daily protein

Whilst I take pre-workout before most gym sessions - I only semi-recommend it to people. It is very easy to become overly relent on pre-workout and sometimes you can be better off making your own or just having a good pre-workout meal. It has bought on a huge caffeine addiction so be aware.
I personally do not recommend taking meal replacements shakes for most people, however for some people they will serve a very good purpose. If you work really busy jobs where you miss a meal because you physically do not have enough time to sit down and eat than these would be great for you.
I love these - but they are not essential. I find that they are a great way to start the day with something sweet but also helps you stay on track.
Good for grab and go's & to satisfy the sweet tooth. I used to use the Protein Cookies and the Protein Brownies daily to control my sweet tooth. recommended putting them in the microwave for 10-30 seconds or can be a bit dry
