The Training Split
Five sessions a week with a clear purpose behind each one. Strength, running, and Hyrox-specific work laid out in a structure that builds on itself. Progressive overload built in - so you're measurably fitter at week six than week one.
Stations and Standards
Wall balls and burpee broad jumps are where most first-timers lose the most time. This programme drills both with the technique cues and progressions that make them feel controlled when you're already cooked. No-reps and penalties cost you minutes you can't get back.
Fuel and Recovery
Simple performance targets - no calorie counting, no elimination diets. Recovery habits that keep your training consistent across six weeks without running you into the ground.
Race Week
A mini plan for the final days before your race if it lands inside the six weeks - so you show up rested and ready, not overtrained and anxious.
